Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when refunds are available for digital access products, downloadable resources, coaching programs, and services sold by Lan & Lann.

At Lan & Lann, we want every customer to understand exactly what is included before completing a purchase. Because many of our offers are digital access products or services delivered immediately or over a defined period, refund eligibility depends on the type of purchase made.

By completing a purchase with Lan & Lann, you agree to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy.

2. Digital Products

7-Day Money Back Guarantee

Certain digital access products sold by Lan & Lann are protected by a 7-Day Money Back Guarantee.

If your purchase includes a stated 7-Day Money Back Guarantee, you may request a refund within seven (7) calendar days of the original purchase date.

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider or financial institution.

Refund requests submitted after the 7-day period will not be eligible for a refund.

Products Eligible For The 7-Day Guarantee

  • Online courses
  • Video training programs
  • Membership programs
  • Implementation programs
  • Other digital access products delivered through a protected members area or online portal

Products Not Eligible For Refunds

The following purchases are non-refundable:

  • Downloadable templates
  • Funnel templates
  • Website templates
  • Notion templates
  • Swipe files
  • Checklists
  • Downloadable resources
  • Digital assets delivered as downloadable files

By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges that downloadable products may be delivered immediately and cannot be returned. As a result, downloadable digital products are not eligible for refunds once delivered.

Important

Refund eligibility depends on the specific product purchased. Products that include a stated 7-Day Money Back Guarantee are eligible for refunds within seven (7) calendar days of purchase. Downloadable digital products and templates are not eligible for refunds once delivered.

3. Services

Payments made for services are generally non-refundable once work has commenced.

If a project is cancelled before work begins, Lan & Lann may issue a partial refund at its sole discretion, less any administrative, consultation, or preparation costs already incurred.

  • Discovery calls, audits, and strategy sessions are non-refundable once completed.
  • Done-for-you projects are non-refundable after kickoff, planning, or implementation has started.
  • Any deposit or booking fee may be non-refundable unless stated otherwise on the sales page or proposal.

4. Coaching And Programs

Refund eligibility for coaching programs, masterminds, or group implementation offers will be specified on the relevant sales page or enrollment agreement.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing, coaching and group program purchases are non-refundable.

  • Missed sessions do not automatically qualify for a refund.
  • Access to materials, recordings, or community spaces may make the offer non-refundable immediately after enrollment.
  • Any special guarantee or refund window will be clearly described on the applicable checkout or sales page.

5. Refund Exceptions

We reserve the right to deny refund requests in the following situations:

  • The request is made after digital access or delivery has been provided.
  • The service or project has already started.
  • The refund request is based on buyer’s remorse after use or access.
  • The customer has violated our Terms & Conditions or abuse policy.
  • The purchase was made under a clearly stated no-refund offer or limited-access product.

Any exception to this policy is made solely at the discretion of Lan & Lann and does not create a right to future refunds.

6. Chargebacks And Disputes

Customers agree to contact Lan & Lann directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. We take payment disputes seriously and encourage customers to reach out so we can review the situation and respond promptly.

Any chargeback filed without first attempting to resolve the matter directly may be contested using records of purchase, access logs, communication history, and acceptance of these policies.
